Mordekaiser: The Master of Metal

I've taken quite a liking to this champ recently, even though many say he's not good, he's been alot of fun. However, I do see where they're coming from. Mordekaiser

I even looked it up, and it's a fact that Mordekaiser is the ONLY CHAMP IN THE GAME without any Crowd Control (Stun, Slow, Knock-up) or escape mechanism (Dash, Blink). This made me think, and I have some ideas on how to make Morde more viable in a modern game.

His abilities are fine, I have no issue with them, but some slight mechanics need to be changed.

Well-Oiled: Along with the shield that he gets from damaging spells, he should get another bonus for damaging enemies. Whenever any of Mordekaiser's abilities damages an enemy, he gains a bonus % of movement speed Enemy Champions: 5% bonus Enemy Minions or Monsters: 1% bonus This can stack 5 times, and it lasts 4 seconds, but refreshes on every new stack. This update to his passive will allow him to stick to enemies without needing CC Another part of his passive: Heavy Metal: Knock ups are 50% shorter and slows are 25% shorter on Mordekaiser

Mace of Spades: When used, enemy champs are prioritized for the 3 extra targets of this ability over minions. Sometimes, Mordekaiser has a hard time harassing in lane with Mace of Spades targeting creeps instead of Champs, even if they're close. This will also allow you to target a creep for a ranged attack on an enemy champion

I honestly don't think Morde needs CC or a Dash to catch up, if he can just stick to a fleeing enemy, that would be enough. The shorter knock ups and slows just make him a train who won't stop until he has his target. Some people have suggested total re-works, which I don't think he deserves, being a very fun champ already, who just needs that little push to be viable again.

Why not make his Siphoning Strike have a passive where it grants 3/5/7/9/11% movement speed--Can be changed to a lower value if he proves to be too fast.

Give his Mace of Spades a faint indicator to show where it'll bounce to and the indicator will become more noticeable if an enemy champion is within range.

Plus, Creeping Death should have moderately increased values, just a single digit increase.

Maybe even his shield could have slightly bigger ratios since its absurdly hard to maintain Mordekaiser's shield when fighting a sticky enemy.

Giving Creeping Death a small slow could help him stick to people he is already in melee with.

I also like Valkenhayn's idea to give Siphoning Strike a small speed boost to help him get into range initially.

Making creeping death castable on enemies for decreased damage/Mr shred and applying a slow would totally fix Morde^^ think of an AOE wither with less range/duration/slow %. But imho Morde's fine. A little difficult to play efficiently but still viable. :)
