I'd be ok with this if they would fix her mana costs but till then shes perma banned in my book. S+ should not exist, balance the damn game![sg-shisa]

), should be least of anyone's worries in the League of Mobility.
She also becomes tanky with AP items...
As she should, she's a Battlemage. Sustain is a quintessential Battlemage quality, and something which has been core to her throughout her existence.
Who do you usually play as against her?
She may be your counter in lane. I play as Soraka, so the matchup can be quite unforgiving, but I usually end up winning it. Other enchanters in general are great against her though. Nami, Sona, and Janna are all good picks into her.
Mage supports should be fine too, but tanks need some sort of easy engage against her in my opinion like Blitzcrank's Q. Otherwise you get bullied too easily. If you miss that engage, then you get punished hard.
