Then let them, I'll gladly report someone griefing in my games if Riot would actually punish them instead of giving the "uwu it's a bad match uwu they're not toxic uwu" excuse. I've had bad games, I've seen people have bad games, running around spamming emotes and telling your junglers location in all chat isn't a bad game, and Riot refuses to improve the IFS any farther than a word search program looking for hate speech.
Well from my perspective reporting doesn't work as it is so I don't wanna be encouraging the behaviour of people being passive aggressive to the weakest person on the team to force them to AFK.
I just got out of a game not too long ago of someone who got autofilled to support and said "time to make us ff 15" - followed me around in my JG as rammus with smite, would flash over to my camps to smite steal them etc and I was tempted to AFK, that would then reduce the LP loss for this individual while I'm being outed by Riot and the team - implying the system is put in place
For what the OP is suggesting to be effective they're gonna have to actually moderate players instead of whatever they're doing right now and I think we've both agreed on that lol but in concept it's a solid idea - in execution due to the player base not so much
