Twitch needs some minor buffs

Hey all,
So lately I've been playing twitch a lot, and even though the meta for him is pretty suitable for him to become valiable again... his lacks still have not been fixed. Admittedly, Twitch's late-game power is no joke, it's really strong, but... his early and midgame is horrible. Both played as Jungle or ADC, he underperforms massively before the 20 minute mark. This is because of two reasons; he is bad with trading/duelling, and he is extremely mana-hungry. The damage received from his passive is no threat unless you maximize your E, but your E is horribly expensive to cast. Your W is not reliable to work with because the slow is minor and doesn't stop dash, flash or blinks. It's only nice for those 2 extra stacks late-game to execute with your E. So, here are some suggestions that I would love to throw in to make Twitch more reliable in his duelling potential, to come in par with other ADC's:
Passive + stats:
- Increase his mana, to ~300 - ~1000 (based on level)
- Increase Deadly Venom damage to 2/4/6/8/10 per stack of Deadly Venom.
Venom Cask (W):
- decrease the slow to 20/25/30/35/40
- let the area also "grounding" in addition to its effects
Contaminate (E):
- reduce its mana cost to 50/55/60/65/70
- increase the BASE damage of Contaminate, but reduce the AD scaling from 35% to 30%

Overall, balance wise Twitch is fine as he is you just need to play a little differently since he doesn't have the hard CC ADCs like Cait, Ashe and Jhin do or a reliable escape like Tristana/Kai'sa has.
