Appears to have been hotfixed.

Description: Sona's Aria of Perseverence is healing for half the base amount.

Expected: 30/50/70/90/110 (+0.5% healing per 1% missing health) Actual: 15/25/35/45/55 (+1% healing per 1% missing health)

It's a bug and it has already been fixed on the PBE.

Guess somewhere in the back of their mind, Riot new how stupid it would be to nerf a barely viable champion. And they really couldn't go through with it.

Seems to be fixed.

I suspect they hotfixed it on Friday.
