A few thoughts on Bard so far

Obviously, he isn't out yet so I have no idea how anything is going to work as far as him being overpowered or underpowered, but this is just my thoughts so far.

First, his Q feels a bit unfair. In lane, you are actually going to be punished by playing safe. If he was paired up with a high harass and aggressive champion like Lucian, you really have no way to survive because you can't play safe or aggressive.

At first glance his E also felt unfair, granting free-passage for himself and his team, but once I saw that both teams can use it, I was actually thrilled by it. It looks like a great example of a trade-off, creating a good utility in some situations but can also be a curse in others, moreso than Thresh just tossing a lantern over a wall giving an ally a free escape.

His ult is a lot like his E in that it can be used as a blessing or a curse depending on how it is used, and can save your opponents if you aren't careful. I don't really have much to say about this one because I would just be repeating myself after his E.

My biggest concern is that his E and ult make this one of the easiest champions to troll with yet. You could easily intentionally give the other team a passage to a teammate with your E, and you could simply freeze your adc and condemn him to death while running. Honestly, I will probably end up banning him whenever I get the chance just so someone on my team can't use him to troll with how easily his kit allows it.
