I'm actually so surprised how hard Silver-Gold elo really is as a former 1-trick Diamond Ryze.

I've been messing around on one of my accounts... granted, every game that I play Ryze on it I'm completely stomping kids with around a 21 KDA (not this account). However, when I play anything else, especially something to enable my team like Galio/Twisted Fate etc... The games are so fucking hard. The main problem with playing Galio is that (especially when you play full AP Galio like I do) you have to depend on your teammates to actually run behind the enemy for your ultimate/engage, and they never do. No matter how much you tell them, they won't. The people don't lane bad, it's just the decision making. It's actually so bad.

Every single game, you better hope and pray you have a smurf jungler, cause chances are your jungler is complete garbage and the enemy jungler is going to gank whoever has a high KDA over and over and over in order to destroy the one threat on the enemy team. It's not random either, I mean CONSISTENTLY shit junglers and I have been unlucky to have the worse jungler on my team 4/5 games in a 20 game sample. If I really wanted to I could just spam Ryze, but the state of the game is so bad right now with the addition of stopwatch, which is made worse by Riot's refusal to ever admit they make a mistake and remove it, I have zero desire to really put in any effort besides trying out different champions.

I feel really bad for people who are experiencing this.

So just so we're on the same page... You got to Diamond playing Ryze exclusively. Now, in Silver and Gold, if you play Ryze, you win easily. However, when you play a champion you're not as proficient with, and put in minimal effort, you don't get the same results as when you play your main.

And you've taken this as evidence that teammates hold you back???

Tom Brady isn't a great blocker either.

Yh most games feel like a flip of a coin to be honest.

Junglers aren't always going to do well. There are a lot of factors involved...

I think most people gravitate towards jungle because they either like the champs, the freedom, or not having to CS/Trade/etc. They can't CS well, can just farm the jungle. Problem is I dont think Jg is as cut and dry as laning is. Laning has little tricks and wave management, etc, but none of that really makes that big of a difference at some levels. Whereas pathing/map knowledge/where to be/etc makes a huge difference in jungling. I even notice when I'm just filling on jungle I have no rhyme or reason to what I'm doing after the first clear. I just randomly run around to camps, try to gank here and there for no reason, have no idea where the enemy jungler is, have no real idea where to be. I feel even a lot of jungle mains in my elos are this way. They seem that way. So a "good" jungler just severly outclasses the other if they have any idea what to do. Kind of like fill supports and support mains.

Jungle looks like one of those easy roles becuase you just farm camps, gank here and there, etc. but there is a damn lot more to it than that and it becomes readily apparent when you got 1 jungler going off and one not even on the right side of the map.

Now imagine being a less-skilled player trying to climb in those ranks. It's impossible to solo carry. :/

I find it hard when someone will just mindlessly run up to the enemy constantly. Like, please, use some strategy... they are human beings not bots. I've seen people going 1/14, 2/20, worse, and similar just because it's all they do. I might end laning at 0/1 or 0/2 but the enemy ADC is already 8/0 because a support, jungler, midlaner even has just decided to engage mindlessly without thinking about the situation. Just seriously, where did these people come from? Are these the people who bought gold accounts? Before this season, even in preseason, I've never seen people who never spoke and just ran into the enemy team 1v5 spamming all their abilities to no effect. I mean, it's like they've never played a game of league of legends before and they just happened to have stumbled upon someones account. I just don't get where some of these people came from, but there seems to be one in like every game and it just depends if they are on your team or the enemy team. Literally, they are just free kills, is it "subtle" trolling, since I've looked at some of their match histories and they do it for DOZENS of games, then suddenly it is just flipped to like godly perfect KDAs.
