Swaee1 votesokay since you guys are asking for a larger sample size i have gone ahead and increased the amount of games played with vi since the previous post, if you look closely you will see that this champ is indeed completely broken and needs to be reworked in an entirely different manner. the fact you get 2 charges of her E is beyond baffling, there should be no abilities in the game that allow you to use it twice within the same second.
