Huge Ranked LP Bug

I was in the middle of a ranked draft lobby when I get the message that my summoner has been suspended and the client will now exit.

After that I checked my profile and notice -3 LP.

What the fuck is that? You kick me out of the lobby and penalize me for dodging even though YOU ARE THE ONES WHO BOOTED ME AND FORCED THE DODGE? I'm done with this game.
