Report system is broken

I just played 121 games to get out of chat restriction because people can report you for literally nothing and you will still get punished, as long as someone doesn't like you and wants to report you, then you will get restricted from chat even if you didn't say anything during a game!

I just finished a game and didn't say anything until the end game lobby where i said, "gg ez top lane" AND THE GUY REPORTS ME FOR THAT. Now I have to play 419 games to leave chat restriction. **FOUR HUNDRED AND NINETEEN GAMES. ** FUCK THAT RIOT.

so talking smack just a LITTLE in a moba gets you reported? nice system. wasn't vulgar or harassment so stupid. i'm literally gonna report every single player that bothers me even if they didn't do anything wrong.
