Can we PLEASE change champ select to not kick you if you've hovered over a champ to pick/ban?

I'm so sick of going through lobby after lobby because someone is still trying to figure out what to play or ban, and I've been guilty of it on occasion too. Why was this changed? It creates more headaches than it solves. These people have never been ill meaning and genuinely just forget about that minor change and get punished for 6 minutes for something so trivial. Please change it so if you have a champion hovered over then it locks in for a ban or pick just like it used to!
