What support item should bard use?

I've been playing massive amounts of bard and wanted to know if he should use the frost queen's claim or the talisman of ascension.

Absolutely Frost Queen's. Between the Spellthief's proc, his Q, and Thunderlord's, Bard's burst is insane. Plus the active on FCQ lets him roam and ward safely anywhere on the map.
