No rakan + xayah icon?
I played at least 2 matches with both rakan and xayah on the ally team, do i have to wait for it like the april fools advanced bot icon?

waited two weeks still no icon
It says on the page:
NOTE: Both unlockable Summoner Icons can only be earned between 8:00 am April 19 and 11:59 pm April 26 Pacific time. The icons will be granted within two weeks after the promotion ends.
If you look at the event page, it says that the icons can take up to TWO weeks after the final event date to be delivered to accounts, so if you don't receive it at that point, then I would recommend submitting a ticket about it. But until then it's a waiting game.
