when will ranked be up

Maintenance tends to last about thirty minutes provided there is nothing that stops them, errors, or system failures, etc. during this time. However, this does not mean it will be 30 minutes... The Riot Team behind the updates and Systems are extremely excellent at their jobs. And despite setbacks the longest I have seen the servers or queues be down is 5 hours.

when did this happen? cuz i got disconnected from a game and i couldnt reconnect and my internet and connection to everything else was fine. am i penalized for this?

shutdown at 5am est its 8 est now but they started 630 est
