how long will i be unable to earn loot for?
got banned for 14 days , ban ended, played about 50+ games and been friendly and say things like good job etc and done nothing wrong at all the past 50 games. how much longer til i can earn loot?

The system will permit you to earn hextech loot once it believes you have reformed - this differs per person, and can be as quick as within a week, or as long as months, depending on your behaviour in games after your restriction.
Just keep on being a good reformed player and it'll eventually come around. Don't think about "oh man I need to be good for X more games until I get loot!" or whatever, since the idea is you should be at the point where being good is the default.
