how can i get out of bronze
solo climbed to bronze 1 promos won first 2 then get stuck with cancer for a dozen games now bronze 3 i dont get it why play ranked if u suck and give cancer. how can i find good ppl

Unless you want to go for a kill lane bot (ignite), always take exhaust. I only found that you have played morgana, sion, and nasus. If you are comfortable playing them and they fill an important rule such as tank/cc, then keep doing it. I would suggest playing some supports that offer more utility if you want to make a big impact on teamfights later in the game. I literally just finished my climb to silver where I played zilean, blitzcrank, brand, and morgana. Trust me, I know the feeling of being stuck with team mates who do some questionable stuff. Zilean is one of my favorites due to his ability to cc targets while putting out damage that will easily catch your opponents off guard. His cc comes in clutch when fending off ganks as well as when you need to lock down opponents in tight quarters such as the jungle. His ultimate is the cherry on top as you can likely make up for a team mate getting caught out, extend the peel your frontline puts out, or simply save a damage dealer so that they can hopefully clean up and maybe even get free objectives. I found redemption to be a huge buff to zilean as you can essentially extend your team's longevity in a teamfight by such a long period that you can often turn games around or find quicker ways to destroy the enemy nexus. I hope you consider giving him a try in normals. His kit is simple, but that q-w-q combo might take some getting use to. If you have not heard of champion.gg and championify, I also suggest you give them a try. Champion.gg will give you builds so that you should be able to optimize your champion's strengths. Championify is client that will synch those builds directly to your games so that you won't have to spend much time shopping. Of course, build according to what will help you win each individual game.
