Red Buff and Blue Buff Clarity

So recently changes to Mundo made it so that we see exactly how much health his passive and ulti restore. It's in the same line of thought as some other clarity QoL improvements. Does anyone else think it would be good to see those sorts of changes for red and blue buff? I think it would be good if the tooltip showed exactly how much damage red buff did, and how potent the slow is. Similarly, it would be nice if blue buff's tooltip showed how much it increased mana regen, and how much cdr it gives.
