it's not really critting. it shows the crit effect when it's damage is empowered (i'm pretty sure when the first shot kills the target, the second shot will do more damage and "crit") this isn't affected by crit damage multipliers
She was reworked thats why it didn't crit before.
Miss Fortune's Q doesn't "critically" hit. Since I'm pretty sure that would mean it does 200% damage. Though it does use the crit text and it also applies a stack of Frenzy and registers as a crit. It technically doesn't crit, but don't tell the system that. I love having free stacks of Frenzy.
