Surrendering in ranked games needs to be removed.

Just had a ranked game as top pant, got camped a bit early, and fell behind slightly...ended up getting a kill top, and getting fed was 7-2. My team isn't doing too hot, but I am fed enough to carry this game, my team forfeits at 20 minutes, down 3k gold...the vote should have to be unanimous if it's going to cost you lp. There should be no reason that a game that we could win, I should lose lp because my 4 teammates decide to quit. Like Riot is putting in all these efforts to remove "leavers" from games, what about the people who are surrendering in close games, therefore 4 of my teammates quit, and I lose lp because of it, makes 0 sense.
