Champion select timer bug.

I just lost lp in a ranked queue, where I got my desired role, and got to counter pick the enemy, because with 15 seconds left on the timer for me to select a champion, it told me I ran out of time...wtf riot fix your servers that makes 0 sense. Also, did a ping test on my computer and I have 46 ms ping, so It's not my internet.
