Bought the PROJECT Champ Orb. Wanna know what was inside? :)

Needless to say, I spent every portion of my free time over the past 5 days just to get enough quests done for that one champ orb. Then I opened it, cuz why not? With changes to BE it's hard enough to get enough currency to afford a champion, so, here we go, this better be worth it---

~200 Blue Essence per shard. ~400 Blue Essence total as a reward for spending over 10 hours getting quests done. 400 Blue Essence, so, in other words, around 6% of a recent champion's price. How cool is that?

Wish I at least received a shard for something I did not own, instead of TWO shards of a champ I had for years. Thanks for the initiative, @Riot, but I am disappointed. I don't think I wanna indulge in your events ever again.

I knew the risk was way too high to go for one of those orbs. That's why I settled for the stupid borders that I'll never use. My logic is that at least I'll know what I'm getting instead of possibly getting something so stupid for 8 missions of work.

Yeah.. I got roughly the same thing. I wasn't paying attention and thought I'd turn some of my leftover tokens into keys, but I didn't realize that would prevent me from getting the top tier rewards. I ground out the last couple missions and got enough together for an orb...

And got roughly the same kinda crap I'd get from a level-up capsule. Or a regular box&key. Certainly nothing PROJECT-related, or valuable, or anything that represented the time spent on the missions.

That's the last time I bother with them until there are meaningful changes announced.

I'm fine with being rewarded with little. I'm not fine, however, with not being rewarded at all. Don't get the wrong idea - the complaint wasn't placed against free stuff that we, players, have the privilege of trying to obtain. The complaint was placed in accordance with displeasure of getting loot that I already had. This will happen to all of you eventually. I wish the system was designed to actually check our champion/skin stock before assigning random rewards.

Because I had only 30 something tokens when the event ended. It was the only real choice. Question is: why would I be rewarded with something I had already.
