@Riot - please disable newly released champions from the Ranked scene for a week.

I believe there isn't much to be said about that - let the votes tell if I'm right or wrong.

The recent upheaval caused by Yuumi made me decide to create another such thread. This isn't the place to discuss whether she's bad, difficult or just situational - her win ratio says it all. And what it does say isn't necessarily that a champion is bad upon launch. It does, however, say, with all certainty, that a newly released champion cannot perform reliably in a serious match. Why? Because you need to spend some time getting used to the thing - and give other people some time too. I am tired. So tired of engaging in flame wars every time a champion is released and people who have never played them - pick them when I'm doing my best to win. I am sure this applies to all of you who play for the LP.

As advantageous as such occurrences are to me when a freshly baked champ is in the enemy team, I fall victim to this issue myself - and quite often.

I do not believe new releases should be allowed into the ranked scene prior to a week or so - preferably longer, - of existence. Do you allow a fresh transfer into your international football match? No, you don't. You prepare him, you condition him, you get him to learn how the team works. We don't know what to expect of new releases nor do those who pick them. Hell, I don't know all about champions I've been playing for years now.

@Riot - please, it's about time you stopped this madness. Thank you.
