Anivia nerfed? ><

It was a huge nerf, I guess maybe the developers are blind to the other aspects of her kit and stats that are negatively impacted by these changes. Her base MS is 325. She has the slowest skill shot in the game, along with probably the slowest auto animation in the game. Her wall has a massive cooldown and champions can dash over it (I'm look at you Fizz and Leblanc) twice before it even dissipates, not only that, sometimes when you place the wall, the game will actually place it on the champion without pushing them to one side of it or the other, effectively letting them WALK through it. Yes, her ap ratios are quite high however, there are HUGE drawbacks to them as well, pre 6 you have to land a Q against a champion, then while this champion is hit with the chilled effect you have to E the opponent but against champions like kassadin and leblanc, this animation will follow and wont deal damage UNTIL it strikes, unlike towers, which do not have to physically hit you to deal said damage, it just happens after a set amount of time. so the point i am getting at, is you could have perfect retaliation speed to a all in from a leblanc or kassadin, and they could jump away while frost bite is in animation while they are chilled and by the time frost bite reaches them, the chilling effect might not be on the champ anymore losing half of the damage that would have been dealt. That is bad. This applies to to her ult as well obviously. I am not saying these changes destroyed her, because she is still a powerful champion, then again, so is any champion when played by the right person. If these changes were to stick around, I have some quality of life ideas for that I think, as an Anivia main are much, much needed.
First things first, 335 movement speed base. given how slow her stun is and how SKILL intensive it is, I feel that is fair, especially since she has no escapes, and relies on fairly unreliable disengage. Change her wall. Implement a penalty to dashing through it, like a slowing effect or adding a chilled effect maybe. If no penalties for the wall, give it static passive. Mana regeneration or maximum mana? just SOMETHING to make it seem like a less useless skill against certain champs/team comps. Make her wall smaller if you do implement a penalty or passive, its absurd at max rank anyway and in my experience has hurt more then helped if you were trying to wall off enemies or single them out or save an ally, contrary to popular belief, there is such a thing as too big. Frost bite, i agree the AP ratio is high and maybe that could be nerfed slightly because a good anivia can use that as free harass against other champions that don't have a reliable escape, especially post 6. For this trade off, I want a longer chilled time or a guarantee that AFTER you use frost bite, meaning that if you are in range and cast it while they are chilled, even if they dash out or whatever, they still take the maximum damage as though they were chilled. Her q, STILL GOES INVIS SOMETIMES and you have to GUESS to get the stun, seriously riot. lol As for her ultimate, you know, its probably one of the best in the game as far as i'm concerned for utility it is not a game changing ult, but it is the best of it's class. its not a huge damage ult, but put it in a choke point fighting in the jungle, throw your stun out there, if you hit 1-2 people with it, congrats, you just won the fight. Please do something about that god awful attack animation speed, hell, reduce her attack range, increase her animation speed i would be A ok with that. Im not asking riot to break her or anything, but she needs to adapt to the changes of league of legends. I feel like adding in these changes would seriously help her as a whole. lastly, leave the ap ratio on her Q, as high of CD, as slow as it is, and for how much mana it costs, that is fair. I have played many, many games as anivia, probably 500-700 games as a rough ballpark estimate. I have played every traditional matchup in mid as well as some strange ones. I feel like I have the knowledge of this champion and experience with her to have a talk with riot about this and maybe hear some feed back from them, I don't have high hopes and I wont stop playing her regardless, I just want to bring these issues up to the dev team and hopefully get their creativity going :)
Like I posted before, she has massive strengths but also massive and easily exploitable weaknesses. If we could perhaps get some balance between the two. I love control mages, I don't play hyper mobile champs because I rely on my skills on prepositioning and zoning as opposed to getting in and out in a flash. I love the bird.
