Pretty much the title, an AP Hydra item for AP fighters and juggernauts. We already have one for high AD and one for tanks so why not fill the niche that has sat empty for so long. I'm still fiddling around with how the numbers should be but let me know what ideas you guys have. Remember to stay metal my friends.

How do you prevent mages and assassins from going it?

And one could argue that Luden's already fills that niche in a way. Hydras are a waveclear item at their core, and Luden's gives waveclear.
