Just lost horribly to the same champion for the fifth time?
Think about it, rageposting about how broken a champion is won't fix anything unless you get 40,000 upvotes and half of them from Riot employees.
The only thing you can do about it is try to forget that you hate that champion. No really, unless you work at Riot's balance team or have enough money to look like you're the head of it you are not gonna be able to do anything about it.
I'll admit, I've rageposted before and I've figured out some methods of avoiding raging.

Play a custom match full of nothing but bots and build the most absurd off-meta you can. Pulling off full AD Braum is going to be pretty hard even in a normal match but bots you can definitely handle.
You can fight bots, right? -
Play the champion you hate- Wait, HEAR ME OUT! HEAR ME OUT! Look, if you despise a champion due to them being broken, playing them and sucking is probably the best way to convince yourself they aren't broken even if they are. And if you do well with them, you're going to like playing them too much to completely hate them. Problem solved.

So people keep telling you to breathe slowly when you're mad. They probably keep repeating that because it works.

If you don't fear the risk of getting a virus or malware from downloading off the internet, you can employ the use of a custom skin launcher. It's a lot harder to be mad at Volibear when he's hot pink... Of course, Teemo's panda and cottontail skin have proved that sometimes goofy skins can actually increase rage, that's why this is number 4.
So do any of those to stop hating a specific champion, their class, their role, their build, their mains, and their cat. It's been scientifically proven that you perform better when not under stress (who knew?) so you might as well not be stressed out.
What are your guys methods of coping with champion hate? (Assuming you feel malice towards any champions from time to time and actually do have coping methods.)
