What make Ryze and Ekko broken

1. They don't need items early on for late game Champs LOL (Imagine being late game champ but doing hella harass and damage early)
2. Ryze ability range uses is too big, like he's already a Range but he can hit spell and even point click spell from like 1000 range (Yeah that was exaggeration)
3. Ekko can one shot people after 2 item build, just by E, Q, Auto
