Change Vayne's E instead of damage changes

A lot of people think that Vayne should have a nerf to her w or her q, but I think she should have her e changed. She is the only marksman (that I can think of) with a non-ult targetable stun/knockback that allows her to peel for herself against assassins, tanks, and fighters who could punish her for being out of position. I would be fine if it was like a regular stun or a trap like Caitlyn/Jinx (which can't be immediately used to peel, but she can cancel channel abilities and dashes with it, which is why I think she seems op in the hands of an experienced player (or just a super fed one).

Some people might say that Draven's e is similar but it can be dodged, and it is also essential in his kit because he has no dashes in addition to having predictable movement because of his axes. Vayne has q and invis from ult, so I feel like her e is too strong in repelling assassins, fighters, and tanks that do get to her, especially now that the assassin rework has slowed down assassins' burst. Even if she doesn't stun them, the knockback is still a very good peel.

I'm definitely not a pro Vayne player or know her specific weaknesses besides being an autoattack-dependent marksman(and of course CC like lots and LOTS of other ADCs), but I think her CC ability should be some softer CC.

Also the only marksman that doesn't have a long range poke ability and her only damage is from her short range damage.

Which means she needs to be up close to do damage and in range of anyone with hard CC or a Syndra,Annie or etc that can easily one shot her.

She needs a nerf to her ability to be a "late-game hypercarry" after building 2 items and/or hitting lvl 6. Same with Twitch. When I hear "late-game hypercarry" I expect a champ that has to scale into late game to be relevant; not one that hits level 6 or builds 2 items and is all of a sudden a hypercarry.

If these champs are going to be late-game monsters, they need weaker early/mid games.
