6.22 Leblanc Rework Thoughts

I've been excited for the Leblanc rework, and I think that Riot really hit the mark for making Leblanc a healthy champion in terms of design. She is no longer impossible to lane against and has room for punishment for making mistakes. I think there are some things that are awkward for her:

1. Passive takes WAY too long late game. I feel like 1.5s is fine early because opponents are weaker and less likely to blow you up while you wait for passive proc. Old QW was way too op in lane, but late game old QW punished the enemy squishies for mispositioning. Now it's impossible to do that, unless you are super fed and can burst W-->Q-->RQ-->E--> W back without activating passive, and having a passive that falls off late game is horrible (late game W will clear minions, so it won't even be useful for that). Passive time should scale down with level to make assassination faster and on par with other assassins like Rengar/Zed. I know Zed ult is delayed damage, but he can get his full damage with his spells and escape during the mark delay while Leblanc has to wait 1.5s in range for the damage or give up and run away. If the damage on the passive has to be lowered to keep it balanced I am fine with it, but 1.5s, like a lot of people agree, is just SOOO long.

2. RR clone is nice, but doesn't deceive very well. Obviously it's an AI, but I don't like that it disappears right after it casts the spell. I've had the most success using the clone by walking in front/behind it in the enemy's vision or surprising a low-health enemy that my team is chasing. Otherwise, the clone is pretty much useless. It works right now because people don't really know that much about it, but when people know its patterns then it is utterly useless. It would be much better if it could be controlled, but it does seems op since it spawns anywhere on the map.

3. Pressing R and then another spell is choppy. I'm not saying that it takes too long, but whenever I press R and then another spell immediately the spell never activates, and I don't notice until it's too late. In addition to pressing R and another spell, I have to wait between R and Q/W/E. What's really nice about the R toggle though is that it can be activated during zhonyas :)

I don't think that Leblanc should be reverted, because I do feel that it's just too easy to burst someone (not necessarily killing them) with point-and-click Q-R-(maybe E) and have so much mobility to run away with W and no delay on its snapback. Obviously I am not a pro (but don't rate me on rank because I don't play ranked), so its fine if people disagree. These are just my thoughts on LB.
