League No Longer A Game Of skill.

So, i climbed from bronze 4 to gold 5 just this last season, of course in bronze and silver there generally are more trolls than there were in gold ( from my experience) however, after taking my 10 provisionals i was matched up with such people who seemed like they had just hit lvl 30... i won 4 and lost 6. It demoted me alllllll the way to silver 4, the league that i had tried so hard to climb out of to escape the bad players. why the hell such a large drop? because the 10 matches were full of afks trolls and feeders? Here a note: 2 losses were fair, the other 4 were not due to some sort of negative experience with a player. I can accept the 2 matches that i lost legitimately but wtf, league of legends is no longer a game of skill, when i queue up i pray that i will have less idiots on my team than the other team. Its not LAW to follow meta, but the meta is there because it works. So when i get a zed support who goes 3-13 or something like a draven who afks at level 2 because Lulu is too much of a lane bully, they im sorry but why the fuck should i lose any small amount of LP for that? Its not fair, and i know some of you will say "oh, well dont worry about them just focus on improving yourself" well newsflash that's the same shit i did last season to escape this hellhole refereed to as silver and now im back in it. There is no way i belong in silver.. but the more i try to get out the more im thinking the -match me with teammates- button is a sticker that has a -match me with retards- button behind it. so many people must understand my difficulties and i have put up for it way too long. Riot is a great company who made such an awesome game that is incredibly fun in the rare game you get good teammates. I want to know, when is this bullshit going to stop? i feel there is no penalty for mass feeders and trolls, why should i be punished for actually playing properly? I can't even practice for ranked in normals or draft pick because its the same shit as always and im so sick of it... i try to do whatever i can to help my behind teammates (the feeders) but it is so incredibly useless. they just feed some more. Can't riot look back into chat logs and see that when im cussing and raging at my team its because they did something incredibly stupid that often times costs us the game? ive been 14 day banned 3 times, chat restricted for probably more than 250 games and i have improved, but now when i rage its not because "fuck you for killing me you are better than me" its "wtf is this zed support doing?" or "why the fuck is our jungler 0-16" (or 0-12, i've had both.) This is your community riot, its filled with "assholes" like me who are trying to get the truth out, but i am often one of those who are punished for extremely common mistakes that have provoked me. TL;DR: League of legends is a game of luck because you might get less/more retards on your team than the enemy team.
