Yasuo is balanced. His kit may be easy to learn, but his decision making takes skill.

Easy way to balance Yasuo. Make his "Flow" a resource like mana/energy. Q cost 20, W 35, e 25, R 50. Make his Q stacks last a little longer/fall off slower.

lol Found a Yas main here, I mean the name screams "I'm not bias at all.". What does rank possibly have to do with the idea? Turning his flow into a resource would balance him. I didn't even bring up his BS windwall blocking everything from every direction if timed correctly. It shouldn't block anything until fully formed, but please continue being a toxic salty part of the community. :)

Adding a resource to a resourceless champion does not balance them. You either a) make them garbage as they have the same stats, or b) give them buffs to make up for the new resource

He does have a resource though. Currently it is used as a shield that get builds by moving. Changing this to a resource he would have to manage would stop the brainless dashing in through 5 minions Q+R, then dashing out with the last minion, completing his all-in combo at almost no risk. Putting a base regen on his flow would he cool to. Again it's just an opinion but his kit makes him playable with little to no risk most of the time.

... I'm just assuming this is a jab at Akali.

I think it's both a jab at Akali's rework and Yasuo.

Akali takes zero brain cells to play and also you're probably silver bye

Tbh if Yasuo needed nerfs I'd change E cd from 0.5/0.4/0.3/0.2/0.1 s to 0.5/0.45/0.4/0.35/0.3 Doesn't look like a lot but would actually limit his ability to go through a wave of minions insanely fast.

Except Akali's dash is of a much higher range, and it deals way more damage?
