Does this mean Ranked Draft Pick is gone?

So I was looking around, trying to figure out what happened because since S7 has started, Ranked Flex began which I know many people aren't happy about. I noticed in both clients (Legacy and beta) that Ranked Draft Pick is gone, only Normal Draft Pick remains. Does anyone know anything so far? Is it because we're only Preseason 7?

Ranked Flex uses draft pick. Ranked solo/duo will also use draft pick, and is being tested in OCE first currently to avoid any issues with matchmaking hiccups like we had with flex on release.
