An anti-sustain item

I often see people complaining about sustain-based healing (not that I particularly mind it myself), and since grievous wounds isn't really the best idea for this sort of thing, how about an item which converts a portion of damage dealt to "grey" health that can only be recovered at the fountain or is only partially restored by healing.

Thoughts?

yeah sorry mate, but grevious wounds is designed for this purpose entirely. Since they finally added executioners calling back in any form of healing can be countered by this item as its applied on auto's which guess what all adc's and fighters use a ton of ;).

We have grievous wound against selfhealing item 3123 item 3033 item 3165

We have health percent damage item 3153 item 3151

We have this against health stacking item 3036 item 3034

We have GW to deal with selfhealing. Selfhealing isn't even a problem right now:

  • DrMundo isn't OP because of his selfhealing. He's OP because his base armor is way to high compaired to the item 3035 changes. This combined with the damage buffs made him go overboard.
  • TahmKench is like any new champion that get released. Their still working on him.
  • Fiora still strong but far from problematic. Can even say so get close to ballanced right now
  • Vladimir isn't problematic right now. And most issue are because of his outdated kit.
  • Aatrox he isn't a problem
  • Crit champions with keystone: It got nerfed, it's ok now
  • Darius still strong but far from problematic right now
  • Volibear are you serious
  • Garen he's fine

Their is litterly no reason to implement something like gray health when their isn't even an issue.

That is a bad idea.

What if they made an item that allowed you to corrupt units? The corruption would make it so that any healing received from that unit was nullified or did damage.
