After looking more closely at the Soraka changes

I fail to see how she could possibly sustain herself with that pitiful self-heal even if she builds full AP and no health. The only other way I can see her feasibly sustaining herself is Warmog's, but I don't see why encouraging Soraka players to build that item is a healthy game decision in the first place. AP Soraka generally has far healthier gameplay than Warmog's Soraka, and adheres to the "focus the glassy healer" design philosophy that her designers clearly said they had when reworking her.

For the people who can't do their 1+1's, Soraka has 529 health at level 1 and 1855 health at level 18 (not including items). Restoring what she lost from just one of her heals requires landing Starcall about twice without transferring the buff. I'm not sure if risking getting in range to use Starcall was worth it even before. Chances are, the risk of just using that trash ability will result in a greater loss of health overall (or death).

She can't sustain herself anymore. Even with warmogs it just won't work because the tanky Raka build would be paying 300+ health for a 190 (+60% ap) heal. Why heal at that point? The changes are very scary. She's losing her identity as a healer. Perhaps if they lowered/removed the %max health cost then ya sure lower her heal...but as it stands....

Also, remember in a teamfight she will be healing constantly and a 5 second duration heal will not heal her and they added that if she heals someone she transfers that heal. So effectively she has no sustain because you want to use Q after the enemy has used their engage tools so that she isn't caught.
