Could Ancient Coin not lose the cooldown?
It's not like it's used a lot, and losing 5% cooldown for 50 mana doesn't seem remotely worth it to me.

Why don't they take the cd out of spellthiefs? Make it build out of blasting wand into frost queens claim instead of codex. It would be fine, most users would still use it.
Honestly 50 and 100 mana are not worth the loss of 5% and 10% cdr. Most spells cost more than 50 mana, ESPECIALLY support spells. This feels like a pretty significant nerf to coin line.
