Cho'gath's winrate has dropped significally since patch 6.23. He hasnt been nerfed and Rylais is the only core item on him that was nerfed after the patch when his winrate dropped.

seeing how rylais is pretty much the most important item on cho i would attribute it to the rylai nerf.
Remember that cho'gath is extremely good against some champions and much worse against others. People have stopped playing assassins or gotten good at them. At least in top they have completely stopped and cho'gath plays very well into those assassins. Well I also see a winrate increase in 6.23 so not sure what you mean.
