Update Sivir splash art fools

Too add onto this, Specifically reav3 said;

"MF was thrown around a bit, but nothing solid"

Considering Riot's track record it is safe to assume MF will be next.

nothing has been confirmed, she is just a potential candidate

Did you read the thread? This is about SPLASH ARTS (mainly for skins). If it were about VUs, Sivir's also had one... -_-

The next splashes to be updated are Sejuani and Maokai during the Tank update. The champions updated then are Sej, Mao and Zac. On the VGUs, yes it is Urgot and Eve. Though Riot is also updating splash arts for various other champions who didn't receive them during their pervious VUs. We just had Karma's, just like Trundle, Tristana, Twich, ect. So we will have other separate art outside of those that get VGUs
