Matchmaking Flawed

I know other people have talked about similar issues. If you win about 10 games in a row or so because you are good you then have a very high mmr (I assume) and since you are still in the same division instead of playing with better people all around it just places people with lower mmr on your team to compensate. Then you get game after game of troll teammates. I am pretty sure this is what is happening. RIOT, I ask of you: Are you aware that this is happening? Will you try to adjust the way your matchmaking system works so that it REWARDS you for winning games rather than makes your life a living hell? Please tell me you don't think that this is okay...
