Anyone else having issues with matchmaking?

After my placements I ended up Bronze 5. Now, I know I should be getting some bad players but, EVERY game I have played so far is either landslide domination because my team is absolute crap or I'm the one carrying literally ALL OF THE WEIGHT ON MY SHOULDERS. That doesn't seem right. Shouldn't I get a good teammate once in awhile?
