Ranked System Failures. What is the deal riot?

I will touch on the main problem first: The first 10 games that decide where you go in ranked solo/duo queue. Horrible idea. How did someone not stand up and say "What are you smoking?" when this idea was presented? This system allows the very worst players to gain higher ranks and the best players to be bronze 5. It is absolutely absurd. The most disgusting part is that it isn't being fixed. Riot, are there ANY plans for fixing the ranked matchmaking system at all? First course of action: DO AWAY WITH THE FIRST 10 GAMES!

It would be far better to just start everyone in Bronze 5 and then only people who are able to climb out of that hellhole would make it anywhere else. So simple.

Secondly, a player is currently punished for winning many games in a row. Instead of being placed on a team with other people who are doing well, the better you do in ranked solo/duo, the shittier teammates you get on your team to balance the mmr out. This is absurd. The only thing I can think of is that your business model is so aggressively profit-based that somehow you have found out that people spend more money when they can't make any real progress on the ladder. I would not put it past you. I really wish the community would demand more quality from your people instead of all these stupid ass skins. You obviously get some things done but, the one thing that really matters is left as it is. Completely in shambles.

You are overexaggerating. The best players get placed where they are suppose to. You mean to tell me all the high elo players all start at Bronze at the begining of the season? I agree it could use fine tuning but its laughable you think the best get placed lower than those with inferior skill.
