is your "E" ability always Utility?

I've noticed a pattern in Champion's abilities, That E is usually a Utility Damage ability

Diana's Pull, Ahri's Charm, Annie's Shield, Orianna's Shield, Yasuo's wind Wall, Ivern's exploding shield thingy, Nidalee's Heal, Irelia's Stun, Blanc's Stun, etc.

not saying this is for every champ, but most.

We should talk about how E is the buff/shield button for supports as well [slayer-jinx-catface]

Also Lulu's other main source of damage comes from her E point and click.

I guess that there is a pattern that Q is damage, E is utility and W is something to make playing different champions more intuitive.

Evelynn No utility here. Just damage and damage steroids.

its intentionally made so its easier to adjust to different champs. Eve doesnt share that tho, well she gets some AS steroid if you count that, but she has that speed boost on W, where usually passives are, like Vi or Aatrox.
