Lissandras Mana Cost

Hello, I recently began to play a lot of Lissandra and I realized that her biggest fault is her Mana cost being overpriced in early game so shes required to back frequently, which is kind of annoying to do and she eventually falls behind, which can be quite severe. I think her mana costs should be by a small amount because she doesnt do a lot of damage to begin with.
