Leblanc Visual Update?

I've been playing league for about 2 years now and from what i've noticed is that there is a lack of visuals that are being updated for most champions. However I know that riot is working their hardest to work on their champions (such as Volibear and Fiddlesticks). But given how certain champions (I.e. Ezreal, Morgana & Kayle, Irelia etc.) who have been here for a very long time have received new visuals, I know it's time to update Leblanc. Her current look somewhat borish when looking at it. Plus with the benefit of a VGU theres also a chance to give her new voicelines and interactions, I would love to see Leblanc talk to swain or jarvan in combat. Overall I hope riot can get to work on my favorite burst mage in game and bring her into the spotlight once again.

LeBlanc's kit isn't bad enough to warrant a rework just yet, and Riot has said that from this year on, they'll be working on reworks that need the most priority regarding their kits, and then go down from there. I also think that she should get more than just a mini-rework, but I will admit that other champions, like the five on the rework poll, have it worse than she does.

imo if Rammus is on the tier 1 vgu list LeBlanc definitely should be as well

I'm not sure if this is true, but I think Rammus might have been bumped off of Tier 1, especially now that priority is on kits instead of kits+visuals+voice.

To be fair, Rammus has a very one-dimensional playstyle. You charge at the enemy with your Q and then use your other abilities and hope that the enemy dies before you do.

LB at least has a far more dynamic playstyle, where you have to consider your positioning, how you use your ult and how you get away from danger.

^^^ Leblanc is actually effective at multiple levels of play. All the way from beginners to pros. She is also decently well represented as her pick rate isn't "mains only."

I love LB.. She's my main mid. Visually, she's bland and her voice lines could use an update. But she id's much less a priority than many other champions, and her gameplay isn't busted but isn't useless either (which is where most champs want to be)

Overall I'd say that LBs biggest flaw is that her kit doesn't really resonate with her theme that well.

She is supposed to be LoLs deceiver and illusionist, but that is barely represented in her kit besides her P and W. And this can be a reason for a big rework(Irelia received hers mostly because of how she didn't deliver on the theme of a levitating blade master), though I doubt it'd be enough to put her above most other rework-candidates.

Not much happened. We still get more new champs than seeing old champs updates at at least Ezreal level
