Lissandra Needs a Buff

With the current state of Aftershock, there really isn't much for Lissandra to do anymore. She's been nerfed numerous times and yes they may have amped up her roots damage, but I think she needs more than just a nerf to her q and her buffs. She needs more survivability. For example she could gain a shield when she roots someone with her w or give her charges for her teleport so that it can be more of a utility ability instead of us relying on our ult/zhonyas to save us. She also needs a movement speed increase because lets be real, alot of champions these days have hyper mobility and its getting out of hand.
