The State of Ahri vs other champs based on op.gg stats

With the nerf's being applied on Ahri and because of the community complaining on how "op" she is, is it far enough to nerf the following champs because of whomping high play rates with pretty significant win rates? :

Twitch: Play rate: 14:.04% Win Rate: 54.46 Elise: Play Rate: 22.19% Win Rate: 53.19% Thresh: Play Rate: 38.11% Win Rate: 54.39% (possibly)

With those stats in mind I think this is pretty unfair for Ahri and Sandra also to be hit with nerf's and forcing the players to be challenged more when the balance team can do the same for the three champions above

P.S. I don't see how Ahri is that op in comparison to other champs that are better or is higher value atm
