@Riot will Viktor get any buffs or compensation?

I saw that Jayce and Ori are getting buffs on pbe due to their low win rates, I'm wondering if Viktor will get some too since he has the second lowest winrate of all mid laners ATM plus those recent nerfs hurt him hard. Thanks in advanced!
