Dude has stupid high damage through all game stages, mobility, can duel almost any class and win by far, has consistent poke and can kill a carry with one spell (his ult) just pressing R and moving. I'm tired of seeing how unfair Lucian is...
cus his items got nerfed and he got slightly nerfed no longer 100000% pickrate xd
I don't care about his damage but he is way too mobile if he's going to keep that damage.
Because he's significantly sub 50% winrate and not a huge issue normally right now, only when very ahead (which can be the case for most champs).
