Every Single time I win a game, I instantly lose one. and It's not necessarily because I'm doing bad. Infact, In pretty much all of my games, I'm performing well. However there's always that one feeder. I just played a game where our top jayce fed an irelia, who started roaming and ate us all up. I lost all the LP I earned from the game before.

Does it get better after bronze? Are there still going to be feeding noobs in silver+? because i'd really like to play in games where people would stop trolling and open their brains when they're about to make a move.

I gotta say that Irelia is probably the worst to feed because of her uneven numbers passive, but try and cooperate with the feeder to gank his lane with high numbers. Say the Jayce was doing really bad and you were mid, talk with your jungler and think about doing a full 3v1. Say you're bot, when you get T1 turret rotate lanes so you can have a 2v1. Even if you do well you have to even out the playing field by focusing their carries.

I can play everything except Top and ADC

I main Jungle though, even though I dislike the role

In bronze here as well, I've been told carrying gets much easier in silver+.
