Thoughts on Ahri PBE Changes.

I was doing some calculations on Ahri's kit as how 20% overall damage increase to all her flat damage excluding ap items just solely stats compared to the new pbe changes at lvl 18. and lvl 11. Overall i would have to say they buffed Ahri by making her damage be in her W. But as i noticed the damage increase, i had the notion of will that be washed down by the Enemies take 30% less damage past the 1st foxfire patch back when? Because when it comes to say Leblanc, She can QR at lvl 18 for insane burst ap ratios aside. I thought to myself Ahri would really break even at more with skirmishes where a champion wasnt planing on landing skillshots just to damage you, at all stages of the game vs mobile champs that can blink on call and dont have to wait 90+ seconds for an ult. Cdr aside. Im grateful for the buff to Ahri, but she would be healthier with that foxfire nerf being reverted to say maybe past the 2cd? its up to the player if you wanna feel the damage am i right? like when LB W's into an enemy with QR and an attempt to E to seal the deal you can atleast dodge the skillshot but you also have the option to back away from her aggression. But a good ahri charms leblanc on her aggressive attempts vs her but when it comes to other champions that so called want to just throw damage onto ahri skillshots aside.. So then feel it. Right? The damage. But i still feel like with the DFG, shes always revolved around 15% cdr with 5 being mastery and 10 being the removed item, mind looking at her ult and giving it 10% cdr. Cause she is Ahri, shes meant to fly. Although she can only do it once per minute if building cdr, while most mobile champs can do it every 5-10 seconds depending on their cdr. Just felt a cdr buff on ult would be nice. But i know the changes are provisional, and i do like the idea of casting Q getting a speed boost for all kinds of things, to start to reposition for the true damage on the way back. Seems like alot of fun!!! But tbh since foxfires are getting buffed i'm almost contemplating going back to my charm Ahri ways. Where you max charm 2cd. 1st is the orb, it was fun originally when she came out and again when charm got a dmg increase buff. I wouldn't mind keeping the buff to solely buff The orbs dmg to and from. So you can play pure skillshots, with charm dealing more damage it should hit harder. Then you could poke via charm orb cause charm has the cd since its being maxed and your foxfires were buffed oh and Q is a speed boost. Just my thoughts on
