Mages falling?
After so many updates, League became harder for mage mains, such as myself
, to play.
Tanks are now super-hard to kill, assassins kill you near-instantly and receive little to no retaliation due to mobility, and anything else is just not played often.
It seems to be that every champion anymore is build to destroy mages-- my suggestion: buff mages so that they can compete with assassins and tanks in the current meta.
We have seen the buffs to assassins and burst champions that prominently use basic attacks (
) with Runeglaive and scattered buffs, while tanks got buffed with Cinderhulk, but what is there to a mage?
Of course, you would hear many people say "Build magic resist," or "Build armor," while the definition of a mage is a champion who gives up defense for more powerful abilities.
But, what happens when your abilities don't deal enough damage? What happens when assassins blink away, become invisible, or summon a wind-wall?
Nothing.
Nothing happens because Mages are what every champ builds to deal with--even if unknowingly.
What I suggest for this is either to nerf many things so that anything can possibly deal with them, or buff mages to give them enough of an edge to compete.
While buffs are complicated, nerfs aren't any easier, and thus what I suggest is to find the mages that aren't played often for lacking anything(

If you have any ideas, feel free to comment with them.
