I agree that she wasn't the best at the top elos, but did she really have to be? I mean

yoshi27901 votesYou litterly don't notice it the early levels, as its just 7 or 15 seconds. Late game you notice it, but teamfights don't last long enough to use it twice, you just have it the fight after the big teamfight. It's not very noticeable, and you don't always get the kill with your ultimate.
This buff is overrated.
